We do offer training program design if you want that on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Private strategy session where we discuss goals and do a functional movement assessment. Step 2: Design your program. Step 3: Train Step 4: Evaluate and adjust your program as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are certified by a national certifying agency and most have a bachelor's degree in exercise science with years of experience training.
