FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My role in your life to facilitate change. I am committed to helping you achieve meaningful and sustainable results. If the program is not working, we will continue to collaborate and adapt the variables so that it benefits you and moves you toward the outcome you desire. If we notice that change is not happening in the first few months, we will explore what path you should take next to get the change you are seeking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a complimentary introductory call to begin. The first session includes a movement assessment and any other fitness assessment that relates to your goals. The program is individualized and specific to meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Registered Somatic Movement Educator, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and a certified Kettlebell instructor. Additionally, I have a Master of Sceince with a specialty in Rehabilitative Science and a BFA in Dance and Choreography. The educational pathway is one aspect of working as a prepared and qualified movement educator. The other is a personal commitment to curiosity, investigation, and application through experiential learning and discovery. I walk the lifestyle I talk. I understand the challenges that lies in maintaining bodymind wellness. I believe the medicine is in consistent daily practice. I never ask a client to do what I haven't done myself.
