Henry was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Shortly after graduating from Timberline High School in 2011 he decided to join the Air Force. Henry was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska and Mountain Home, ID. Henry comes from a family of Realtors; his grandfather and father have more than 85 years of experience in the field of Real Estate. While Henry was stationed at Mountain Home he got his real estate license and started as a part time realtor. He knew that shortly after getting his real estate license that this would be a life-long career for him. Since separating from the Air Force Henry is now a full time realtor and team leader with the Groves Group at John L Scott real estate in Boise Idaho.
Henry conducts himself with the utmost professionalism to deliver impressive results for his clients. He is passionate about helping his clients and will go above and beyond to make sure his client's wants and needs are met in each transaction. When representing a property for sale Henry has a very in depth marketing strategy to ensure that the most amount of qualified buyers will be able to see their home. Henry specializes in residential and multi family real estate while also owning and operating a residential property management company called Boise River Property Management which currently manages over 65 rental properties. In his first year in real estate Henry earned the Honor of "Rookie of the year" from his brokerage and in his second year he emerged as a top producer earning the "Presidents Gold" award for production. In his third year Henry earned "Chairman's circle" and since his 4th year in the business he has earned "Chairman's Elite" for production. Henry is in his 7th year in real estate and after his 4th year he became a top 5 producer for all of John L Scott in Idaho and has also been one of the top producing agents in all of Idaho. None of this would have been possible without earning the trust of his clients to help them with their real estate needs. Henry looks to keep improving and plans on doing that by putting his client's wants and needs ahead of his own.

Henry is an awesome realestateagent, he recently helped us buy a house in Boise while we were living in Billings Montana. He did a ton of leg work, showed us a bunch of houses when we made a trip to Boise and negotiated a great deal for us even in an extreme seller's market. What's more, we had a contingency on selling our previous house, so he was negotiating from a pretty difficult spot and still got us the house we wanted for under asking price. And he did all of this on a very quick timeline because we weren't expecting to move and had to act very fast. He worked around the clock to make it happen and referred us to a great mortgage company that also worked very hard to meet our short deadline. Overall I am confident in recommending Henry to anyone, he is an extremely hard worker and is an expert in the Boise housing market. He also helped me lease commercial space for my business once we moved to Boise, again showing very hard work and professionalism.

Well I guess it is FINALLY time to write you a review. ;)Henry was AMAZING from day one until the day we went into closing. He seriously goes above and beyond around the clock. He was literally answering my questions at like midnight some nights. We would get into homes to view them sometimes hours after sending him MLS numbers. The team he works in goes out of their way to get it done. I got visits to my work picking up paperwork and emails on weekends for the financial part - I mean they pretty much worked over the weekend to get my pre-approval! He is the BEST. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone on the market or selling a home. He will get you everything and more you could ever need. Thanks Henry!

This was my first home buying experience and Henry made it extremely smooth and enjoyable. We went through almost a dozen revisions and everytime he gave me full support in what I was requesting from the buyer and achieved my goals. I would trust him in renting my house at a later date as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go over exactly what to expect throughout the whole process and keep the customer involved the entire time. Every situation is a little different. For example, some customers have bought and sold many properties while other customers may be looking to purchase their first home. Whatever your situation may be I am ready to assist you throughout the whole process.
