The very first things I noticed about Isaiah was first being early to our appointment and secondly his friendly spirit. He was all about my fence needs and offered some additional options. We had some definite fence and yard problems to solve. But his fence expert, Robert and son, jumped all over those and made everything work and look really good. I didn't expect to make friends but that's what happened.

Robert was great and got all of the work done that we needed in a timely and high quality fashion. I would even say that he went above and beyond our request a little to make sure that the work reflected well as an end product. The only downside to Viking is that they have a pretty steep (4h) minimum so if you just need 1 relatively small project done then they may not be your ideal choice, but if you have enough work to fill the time I'd call them no questions.

I scheduled an appointment for this contractor to come install a kitchen faucet and ceiling fan. I promptly paid the requested deposit for the invoice. The day of the appointment, I contacted them to find out what time they would be there and was told that they had double booked and that I would have to wait until the following week. The day of the second appointment, they did not show or contact me. I sent them multiple messages and when I called, I was told that I would need to schedule a different appointment. I asked that they refund my deposit. When I questioned them a week later, I was told that they had refunded it and that it was my bank that was holding the money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. UPDATED to add photos of messages with the contractor showing he agreed to refund the deposit and where he claimed that he had done so. My bank has refunded the money as a fraudulent charge.

Yes, we would refund if it was in a timely matter, not when the technician drives an hour to your house and you cancel right then. So yes we originally agreed to refund you but then you called us to continue to do the service. As far as the bank. We haven’t been charged back. So the bank must have given you the money. As I stated before. You wasted our time, the Marchant, and the bank time dealing with you. Sound real proud there. Good luck. We wish we could write a review about you!
