FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in 100% transparent, predictable pricing. I operate with a standard 2-hour project minimum ($100 labor) for all local service calls to ensure dedicated, high-quality focus on your home. For larger or multi-task projects, I always provide a clear, upfront flat-rate estimate before any work begins, meaning you never have to worry about a ticking hourly clock or surprise fees on your final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"My process is built around clear communication and technical prep. We begin with a quick digital review—you share a few photos or product specs of your project, and I look for hidden structural or alignment traps to ensure we have the exact game plan. Once confirmed, I show up on-time, fully equipped, execute the work with mechanical precision, and perform a complete clean-up and testing walk-through with you to ensure absolute satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive, high-level technical training in advanced mechanics, complex electrical systems, and structural troubleshooting. My background allows me to easily interpret complex manufacturer schematics, handle precision spatial alignment, and safely repair high-end residential fixtures, appliances, and hardware assemblies with complete technical precision.
