- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes for window washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning can be done in person or over the phone-your choice! I always price jobs to provide the most value to a customer, think of it as getting bang for your buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, I try to make it as much of an in person experience as possible. I want them to meet me and my workers so they can trust who will be doing the cleaning. And of course, I have to make the windows look amazing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Squeekers 4 years ago because I was broke. I bought whatever window washing equipment I could afford and started the business by knocking on doors to get customers.
