Introduction: Stefanie studied for 5 weeks in Bali, Indonesia learning the foundations of alignment and sequencing with Yoga teacher trainer, Alicia Cheng. The students journaled about spirituality and studied the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, exploring more subtle meanings of life and moving deeper into your subconscious. Learning stillness and peace, compassion, acceptance, forgiveness... the yoga experience benefits people in so many ways.
Stefanie loves to share the joys of yoga with the people she meets and believes the benefits reach way beyond the physical body to include, mental and emotional strength, so they may become more aware observers, and know true happiness within. Of course, the benefits of balance, strength and flexibility are a bonus! Her favorite part of teaching is that it reminds her to stay on her own path of softening and strengthening.
