- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
75 dollars an hour plus material for most small projects. Bigger projects have to be bid out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to all their needs and wants first and foremost. I then come up with a solution for their problem and try to educate them as much as possible so that there is no confusion about any of the work being done and no confusion about pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of school and 20 years of experience in the industry.
