- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. For standard carpet and floor cleaning we charge by the square footage. For window cleaning we charge per pane, and per screen. Additional services are charged at an hourly basis. Even though we do have a standard pricing system, our customers' needs are not always standard... For example, when cleaning carpets, the exact square footage, type of stains needed removed, or number of stories in the business or home can affect the pricing. Also, once we get started many customers would like additional services such as window cleaning, screen cleaning, hard water stain removal or pressure washing. We love our customers and strive to cater to their unique needs. In order to provide a straight-forward price with no surprises we provide FREE ESTIMATES to each customer based on the service they want and need. We combine up-front planning and training with strong management and direction to ensure a smooth, successful start. After the start… We use a systematic approach to keep your building or home looking good! We have long-term experienced staff combined with strong management. Our Quality Assurance Plan means the all of the necessary cleaning details are consistently maintained.
