Did a good job and noticed some other issues in the subfloor that could have easily become a bigger deal if left unattended to. My wife was impressed with his honesty and pleasant demeanor.

Ray was very quick to respond and at our house within a day. He gave us a quick rundown of the problem and some other issues that would eventually need to be addressed but did not push it. We took care of what we needed to and will call him again when we need the other work done.

Ray was a no-show, and no contact. Fortunately, someone else from his company stepped in and did the job. Daniel was professional and prompt, and expensive. He did the requested job and a little more, but I bought all my own parts, and paid $85/hr for simple jobs. Overall pleased with the outcome, but not pleased with the company, or price.

RJ was kind and friendly fast to come out and get us a bid which was better priced than competitors. After hiring him he started the job, but never finished the job. We were left without water to parts of the house. Several days later we noticed steam coming out of the vent in a bedroom. We couldn't reach RJ and he never called us back, so we called Sweets plumbing (we saw their truck at our place helping one day). Sweets had no idea what we were talking about, apparently their tech was doing side jobs with the company truck and we happened to be the side job. They used a used brass coupler which leaked and was spraying hot water under our house for a few days. We had to pay Sweets to fix the problem. We also had holes drilled in the side of our house to new hose bibs, RJ never repaired the holes. So I deducted the cost that it cost to have me repair the holes and another company to come finish what RJ didn't finish and sent him the difference and never heard from him again. RJ is a nice guy and is very knowledgeable in plumbing, unfortunately he must have had a lot of personal or family issues which affected his business.
