Victor did an amazing job on my yard. It was always cut to perfection, trimmed, edged and the driveway and patio cleared every week. Victor is thorough, accommodating and polite. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in doing a job well. His pricing is better than most! I would absolutely recommend him to care for your yard!

I have used A New Cut Lawncare for 9 years and I've never been disappointed. They show up at approximately the same time every week and don't waste time. 20 minutes later they are gone and my lawn looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on what needs to be done. Mowing for example varies on the size of the lawn. Will our 48" deck mower fit in the back? Do you have double doors or a larger door to access the back? If not we are forced to use our push mower and work twice as hard. Discounts are given it is different for each occasion and just need to talk with you one on one for discounts. The price/quote we give is what will be charged on the invoice. There will be no taxes or additional fees applied to the final invoice. For mowing the first mow will not be charged if you're not completely happy and satisfied with our work as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process would be getting to know them by the phone, meeting in person and getting to know them and what they envision of doing. From there working close to them and making sure they're happy with the work being done and were happy working with them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Stared with a friend who enjoyed working outdoors and learned much with him I enjoyed doing landscaping also in 1999. From there on out I've been doing and started my company couple years after that. I now work with my two sons and it is our family company.
