- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum fee is 250$ but due to the nature of the work we do an onsite bid proposal & thorough inspection will be required to provide an accurate proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just need to hear about the nature of your job - get plans and ideally come and look at the project in person so we can give you an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
26 years in the plumbing industry. Licensed journeyman and contractor.
