- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates for larger projects, remodels, and planned plumbing work. For service and repair calls, our minimum service fee is $250, which applies when we are actually performing plumbing work. This fee does not apply when we are simply evaluating your project or providing an estimate. Because plumbing systems can vary greatly from home to home, we often need to inspect the issue in person to provide an accurate diagnosis and proposal rather than guessing over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the problem or project. Photos or plans are very helpful. For most work we schedule a visit so we can inspect the plumbing system in person and provide an accurate estimate and clear explanation of the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 26 years of plumbing experience. Michael is a licensed Idaho journeyman plumber and plumbing contractor with extensive field experience in residential, remodel, and specialty plumbing work.
