Raymond and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Raymond came recommended to us by a trusted contractor we have worked with multiple times in the past. I would like to share some additional context on why our experience with Raymond & High Command was so great:1. I originally reached out to High Command via their website on 2025/04/28. Within two hours, I received an e-mail from Raymond about setting up a time to meet.2. Raymond came out the following day, 2025/04/29 and provided us two estimates within an hour of meeting.3. On 2025/04/30, I text Raymond to let him know that we would like to move forward.4. He scheduled us for the following Monday, 2025/05/05. His crew showed up on time (maybe even early), and got the entire roof replaced in a single day.That's seven (7!) days from first contact to having a new roof installed. He initially estimated a day and a half to have it completed, which I also thought was too ambitious.If you have worked with contractors, you've likely had poor experiences with scheduling and even timeliness. You won't have that with Raymond and crew. I highly recommend him and his team from High Command Roofing!

Raymond did a great job repairing a roof leak and sealing my gutters. He was very responsive and thorough. He checked and double checked the repair with running water before and after. He was prompt, communicated very well and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

During the most recent rain, we developed a leak in the roof at Stateline Auto Ranch Subaru, in Fruitland Idaho. Raymond came out to our location immediately, identified the source of the leak and got it repaired in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. We appreciate you, thank you!

We had gotten a quote for repairs that made it sound like we needed a new roof, and now. We had High Command do an inspection and they told us we had 4 years left and no repairs were needed. We sincerely appreciated the integrity with this company and will use them in 4 years! $100 inspection definitely worth it! Thank you.

Last week my gardener noticed some tile sludge in the gutters when cleaning them.I was referred to High Command Roofing by a handyman I use. Within a day of asking I was contacted by Ray and he was able to schedule a roofinspection within a couple of days.He arrived on time, is very personable and started work immediately.After reviewing all aspects of the roof, he quickly set my mind at ease that the 23 year old roof was still in good condition and had several years of use left before it will need replacing. He did discuss the amount of intake/outtake vents in the roof and recommended adding more outtakes when I do eventually replace the roof.He even provided an estimate replacement cost for the roof so that I had that knowledge going forward, I have to say it was less than expected.Im very glad that I had High Command Roofinginspection my room and set my mind at ease.I would highly recommend him to anyone who have concerns about there roof.
