FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, time required, and materials involved. Small jobs are usually billed at a minimum service rate, while larger projects are quoted upfront. I’m transparent about costs and explain what’s included before any work starts. Materials are billed separately unless noted. I don’t surprise customers with hidden fees, and any changes are discussed before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk through the project and goals. I may ask for photos or come out to look at the space, depending on the job. From there, I provide a clear estimate or quote. Once approved, we schedule the work. I show up when I say I will, protect the home while I work, complete the job, clean up, and do a final walk-through to make sure everything looks right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on trade experience across drywall, painting, flooring, tile, carpentry, and general home repairs. My work is based on professional best practices, proper material use, and real-world experience in occupied homes, rentals, and older houses. I stay current on products, installation methods, and quality standards to make sure the work holds up over time.
