- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing I’m generally pretty firm on as I have calculated supplies, gas, labor and applicable sales tax to the price. But every situation is different and must be adapted to low or high
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I try to show up for an estimate and make sure the job is started correct from the get go. We discuss a plan, if a deposit is needed we discuss that as well. Set a date and stick to it. Proper planning prevents poor performance

Most of my training has been on the job, working for multiple companies and with guys with extensive experience
