$100 per session (unless otherwise marked) Packages are available Discounts and sliding fee scale available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation session - to see if it will be a good fit. Coaching is shorter in duration than typical therapy or counseling. We will set attainable goals, develop a coaching plan, and proceed from there. Clients are in control.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dee holds an MA in Counseling and a BS in Psychology, and is a Certified Life and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach. With over 15 years of experience in counseling and social work, I have assisted many individuals in transforming their lives. I have assisted numerous individuals with mental health disorders, drug/alcohol addiction, developmental disorders, and previous incarceration to overcome challenges, achieve goals, and lead fulfilling, successful lives personally and professionally.
