FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For 1:1 coaching I typically charge $115 per session. However, I do over discounts for 3, 6, and 12 month packages. Additionally, I have courses available for folks with specific needs which range from $400 to $1500 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new clients is structured, supportive, and designed to create clarity from the very beginning. We start with a short discovery call where I learn about your goals, challenges, and what you want to create in your life or relationships. I also explain my approach so we can both determine whether we’re a strong fit. If we decide to work together, I guide you through a simple onboarding process where we clarify your vision, define your mission, and identify the specific outcomes you want to achieve. Our first full session focuses on grounding, emotional processing, and establishing the direction for your coaching journey. From there, we meet consistently—weekly or monthly depending on your needs—to work through obstacles, build emotional regulation, strengthen identity, and create the relationships and life you want. Every step is trauma‑informed, structured, and tailored to your unique situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Master Certified Life Coach and an ACC‑credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). My training is grounded in trauma‑informed practice, relationship coaching, and evidence‑based coaching methodology. Before launching my private practice, I spent 14 years working with trauma and neurodivergent clients across multiple levels of care, including residential psychiatric treatment. I’ve facilitated transformative coaching conversations for 7+ years, helping clients process emotions, build clarity, strengthen identity, and create actionable goals. My background includes trauma‑informed communication, emotional‑regulation coaching, crisis support, and guiding clients through breakups, divorces, relational patterns, and major life transitions. This combination of formal coaching credentials and real‑world experience allows me to support clients with depth, structure, and grounded expertise.
