Mike did a good job responding to my inquiry and helping to get the move scheduled. Deacon and Tayshon showed up right on time on moving day. They moved about 125 boxes and furniture out of a four-bedroom third-floor apartment. Never once was there any complaining nor showing displeasure at having a tough job going up and down the stairs. They showed professionalism and demonstrated they take moving other people's property seriously with respect. They earned their tip. At the end, Mike could have been more up front with the pricing as there was a surprise additional $150 travel and truck fee that was not disclosed prior to the move. Despite that, it was a good experience and would hire them again.
