Introduction: I was taught by a company that I worked for in Salt Lake City The importance of estimating. Although all jobs are different and the building materials market is commodity based I think I have mastered the task of estimating. Honesty! Everything can be summed up with Honesty! I really enjoy meeting the people who call upon me for help with there projects. I also really enjoy the challenge of completeing my jobs ontime and on budget.

Stuart responded promptly to our need to have work done. There were some rotten joists under the house that needed to be replaced and a foundation that needed to be added under the laundry that needed to be added. What types of customers have you worked with?
It really depends upon the season, Windows in the fall. Bathrooms in the winter, Decks in the spring. Painting in the summer.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completely remodeled a bathroom for a couple in Idaho. This project was very extensive and the gentleman wanted to help, and he did, and we did a great job together, and also formed a good friendship.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would just talk to the provider, ask lots of questions. Most of us are very proud of what we do, and therefor enjoy answering questions about construction and the products we use.
