AJ is a fantastic property manager. After a tenant transitioned out of the home we needed a new property manager. We were lucky to find him. He expertly managed several repairs and was able to bring in some tenants who we are excited about.

AJ and Pacific Crest are amazing! He recently took over property management duties on a couple rentals and totally turned things around for me. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. I can't say enough about the great experience I've had with him.
