- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive and fair with all or our pricing. If any unexpected items come up we are very good at communicating them to the customer and find the most effective and efficient way to over come any situation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact is made. Myself or a representative of the company will set a time to meet and go over the project details. Once that is complete we will email over a quote for the work to be preformed. After the job bid is approved we will schedule the job and complete to manufactures specifications
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for the last 15 years, my brother and business partner has been doing it for about the same amount of time
