I met Joe when he was doing quality control on my house during the Copper Creek build, and I knew right away he was my kind of guy. Joe doesn’t let anything slide — he catches problems before they become expensive headaches. Several houses in my neighborhood have needed thousands of dollars in repairs from issues that should’ve been caught during construction. Mine hasn’t had a single one, and that’s directly because Joe was on top of every detail.
This man is obsessed with getting it right, not getting it done fast. Yes, you might pay a little more upfront to hire Joe — but it’s worth every penny. Hire him if you want to actually sleep at night instead of wondering what’s hiding behind your walls. The “cheaper” contractor often costs more in the long run, once problems show up after the warranty’s expired and they’re nowhere to be found.
When I quit my job as a dental hygienist it was Joe that helped me start my handyman business — that’s how much of an impression his work ethic made on me. Can’t recommend him enough.

We had Joe do a master bathroom remodel and other handyman work. A year later we are still loving our bathroom. He is great at giving you all the options to choose from and letting you know pros and cons of each. He stayed in budget and got the projects done promptly. He cares about doing things right. We will be calling Joe for all our handyman/remodel needs.
