This was a first for me, my technician showed up at the very beginning of my appointment and even called before my beginning time to see if I was available!My service was quick and he was very helpful in setting my thermostat for winter. He also explained some future parts on my AC unit that I may need replaced in the spring.

A-1 always does a great job. They do good work. Last year, they put in a multi-split heat pump and this year when it wasnt working properly, they replaced the entire unit with a new one at no charge!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A-1 is local, you'll be in contact with our office in town. We’ll schedule a convenient time to visit your home or business. Our experienced technicians will assess your current system or electrical project, listen to your concerns, and discuss your goals. We’ll never pressure you—our goal is to inform and guide. Based on your need to repair or replace, we'll recommend the best possible solution for your desired outcome.
