In the face of several changes, unforeseen problems and appliance issues, Dave kept to a rigorous schedule to complete the project on time. He was responsive to change orders and questions. He also noticed imperfections resulting from work of subcontractors, identifying issues and resolving them. The job was professional and to our satisfaction.

My any class in construction contract law and new home design and have been building in the valley over 40 years services i am a life director on the building contractors association and past president. Served on Boice city’s code board for over 15 years.
