I had some 8-foot bookshelves that needed to be made more secure and attached to the wall in my library before I could finish unpacking all my books. Handyman Connection scheduled me an appointment within 2 days, and Lynn made them solid as a rock in less than an hour for very reasonable price. He was very professional and friendly. I'll definitely be calling again for future projects!

From the first estimate from Craig, his thoroughness and courtesy, we were sold. Craig did an excellent job repairing the outside framing of our garage. I hired a handy man to put up my awning. The person that came to my house gave me an estimate. He measured all the dimensions, looked at the product, and left me with an estimate. The estimate was not hourly it was a flat fee. This was great! I made an appointment with Handyman Connection, who contacted the person and we scheduled the appointment. Once the person arrived he worked on the project for about 8 hours. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with the work. I would use Handyman Connection of Boise again and the same handyman. His name I believe is Robert.

Handyman Connection is especially worthwhile when you have a long list of projects and rent one of their handymen by the day or half-day. The owner, Chris, was EXCELLENT during his onsite visit at my house by determining what specific repairs were needed and who to send to do the repairs. For example, I had three exterior doors in bad shape that needed repairs. I, of course, had no idea what repairs were needed on each door. I just knew they were badly deteriorated. Chris advised me that the most cost-effective action would be to replace one door entirely, put only weatherstripping on the second door and "trim and shim" the third door. And the handyman he sent to my home did a superb and quick job on all three doors. I ended up getting those 3 doors and numerous other repairs completed in a high quality manner in just 8 hours.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our project minimum is $150. We do not price our jobs by the hour but by the project so please reach out to inquire about pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or text into the office and we will ask for the project details. Depending on project size we will get you an estimate with photos or onsite. The estimate will be sent out within 24 hours of appointment. Once estimate is approved we will get you on our schedule for project completion.
