- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I actually do the work myself I am able to give customer better pricing. The bigger the job is the better pricing I offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer in person, do a walk through of the project, answer the questions, if project is several days long than keep customer up to date and informed. Customer can text me even after hours if they have questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service is something I was born with in my blood already, I DO NOT like to be late!
