Wanted a pine tongue and grove ceiling in our cabin but had a hard time finding the right contractor to do it. These guys did a terrific job and turned out better than we could ever imagine.

I hired west MTB hard wood floors to refinish the floor in 3 rooms. They apparently didn’t sand before putting stain on. The floor was full of very glossy puddles, wipe marks and the stain was all different colors. They admitted it was a poor job and said they would “make it right”. They had another contractor come out to give a bid. He said it needed to be completely redone. We ended up paying the new contractor. West Mtn told us they would send a full refund but now have ghosted us. Do not trust them

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates and if accepted we send a contract to be signed to by parties. We do require a deposit and the remainder of balance is due up customer satisfaction and completion of work.
