Michelle - I'm sorry that you have given us a 1 star review. Unfortunately we have never had the pleasure of being able to talk or email or any other format. It seems that when we were filling in who we had done work for (done in larger batches), you were mistakenly included in that. As soon as that was realized (within a few days, before your review), your job was removed from the "hired list." Again, I'm sorry that we did not have the pleasure of working with you, nor being able to chat, but I would really appreciate an opportunity to make sure that this is completely right with you.

They were fantastic. Did a great job and were extremely accommodating with some last minute delays on my end. Large home, so took a lot of effort but they finished in a timely manner despite the holdups on my end!

Of course! MSDS, Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI), to name a few, always keep us updated.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure any provider you use is licensed and insured and has quality people working for them. Also, please, please, ask about the chemicals they will be using in your home - many people don't realize the vast differences in chemicals (especially the ones available on everyday shelves) and the problems that can arise using them
