Affordable Mold Removal to the rescue! I am selling my home and the buyers inspector found mold in the attic. Luckily it was in the early stages and hadn't spread to far. I had a few mold specialists come out to inspect the area and quote out the job. Some of the prices quoted were very unrealistic. David came out the same day I called him and gave me a detailed and very fair quote for the job. AMR completed the job for me and even offered a 3 year warranty (free of charge) on the work performed that stays with the house. Now I can move forward with the sale and the new owners have the peace of mind knowing that the issue has been properly rectified.
