We start with a free assessment to see where we can improve within our range of motion and strength. This involves some flexibility tests and strength and conditioning tests. After that I create the customized programming and begin the training processes.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with people with severe injuries and top-tier athletes. Clients have literally handed me a full sheet of paper full of medical issues, and I've helped them successfully lose weight and gain strength (most of those people had that goal). I worked with people who has severe knee issues, back pain, torn rotator cuffs, MS, and other medical issues that will take too long to write out in this little section. I also work with everyday adults who are just looking to get stronger and have a better physique. Additionally, I've been a strength and conditioning coach for track & field, football, baseball, softball, wrestling, powerlifting, and weightlifting. Every day I also train middle and high school aged kids.
