Brandon at Greenbelt PropertyManagement is wonderful to work with and rented my house in a couple of days. The professional photos that they took were amazing and their description of my house really showcased the quiet setting, proximity to highways and towns, and highly rated schools. Brandon is a great communicator, a good listener, and has handled all maintenance issues in a very seamless and timely manner. Signing up with Brandon was a very easy process. We met at my property to discuss my needs and how he could help me. Brandon is very thorough in his assessment of the property and the current rental market. I really appreciate his flexibility for me to be as involved as I want to be. Brandon has been an incredibly knowledgeable and communicative propertymanager. He has provided us with accurate and reliable market research for our investment properties. Our fee structure is very simple. We do not charge any maintenance markups, leasing fees, admin fees, etc. Please reach out to discuss further.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have an initial phone conversation to discuss your needs for your property or properties and explain how we can help. If it’s a mutual fit, we can set up an in person meeting at the property.
We do a rent analysis and agree on a listing price for vacant properties, if there are current tenants we can take over the management immediately.
Our goal is to give you back time and remove stress by providing premium full service management of your property.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Determine what factors are most important to you in the long term. You want to protect your investment, ensuring whoever is managing it is attentive and trustworthy. Placing quality tenants is also important in preserving your property. We have strict criteria in screening tenants, and are quick to resolve any maintenance issues or concerns. Communication is highly important, and we deal directly with you throughout the relationship, ensuring things are handled promptly.
