Imagine how difficult it can be to search for a very specific type of property in another state. You can look online but photos never tell the whole 'story'...and what about the surroundings? Google Earth can get you close but frequently not close enough. What do you do? Well, like you I somehow ended up on the Mike Brown Group website and that alone made me feel instantly 'at home'. After shopping listings for hours, I knew I needed the help of a realtor so I left my name & number and requested that someone get in touch. It was a weekend, but less than 24 hours later I got a call from Kathy Edmondson....one of the most amazing realtors I've had the pleasure to work with...EVER!. And just six weeks later I was signing the final closing documents on the perfect property that met and exceeded the criteria I gave Kathy on that first phone call.No doubt Kathy has lots of clients she's working with, but I always felt like I had her full attention whenever she was working with me . Even after the sale, Kathy followed up to ensure I had contact info for utilities and that everything was going fine. Kathy Edmondson was recommended to us by one of my wife's coworkers. While it was a challenging market for home buyers with fierce competition, Kathy never gave up on us!
