- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the process starts with a client consultation so that their needs are well understood. The next step would include educating them on options they may not have considered and discussing specifics of how we intend to carry out their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technology industry is constantly changing. To stay current with growing trends and keep our technical skills sharp our techs attend several manufacturer and distributor training events yearly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the low voltage industry in 1997 working for a integration company in Southern California. I have always been interested in tech and I feel lucky to have found a line of work that I am passionate about and truly love.
