Ken showed up right on time and proceeded to set up my new Windows 11 computer. He transferred all info from my old Windows 10, and answered my numerous questions to get the apps installed correctly. I would have had to work for weeks to get done what he accomplished in less than two hours. I definitely recommend 208Geek!

I was subject to a scam/phasing. Needed my computer scrubbed to remove any malicious programs and basically needed it cleaned to speed up the computer. He did an excellent job, answered my stupid questions, and got it all done quickly. He was excellent!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our shop always offers a free diagnostic and we have flat pricing. Meaning, almost all jobs are only $70.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technology industry is constantly evolving. Technology is constantly getting better and faster. I subscribe to many tech magazines and am constantly reading up on emerging tech. Engadget is a great source of information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a computer programmer. I built my first computer at age 10, in 1990. When I was in high school and college, my friends and family would ask me to fix their computers. Eventually, I was so busy helping friends, and friends of friends, I decided to start a business.
