I gave Authenticraft 5 stars because my experience with them has no negatives. I had a rather extensive remodel on a very neglected rental property.
Merlin was very easy to work with, I was always kept up to speed on the progress. I was given suggestions and options but never felt pressured. His staff was always friendly and professional.
We would have finished on budget and on time if I had not added on so many change orders.
I will absolutely work with Authenticraft again on future projects.
