What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During COVID-19 stay in place my prices are set to let the clients choose their price they would like to spend. this is to help offset the cost of this nation's pandemic. keep in mind this is only during covid-19 by normal prices reflect my quality and experience I have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the requirements the scope of work have a kickoff meeting and deadlines and expectations as well. The client's requirements is a must! Exceeding them is what I'll do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's in Project Management associates in Drafting and Design currently working on Civil Engineering. Fire Protection training and OSHA and MSHA
