Tim is a great guy with a great service. After his initial visit my computer was still having issues and he came back over free of charge to do some more tests. There still might be some issues, but has offered more help should I need it. Overall I highly recommend him. He will get you taken care of to the best of his ability. Thanks again Tim!

My computer was riddled with viruses, malware and spyware. Tim picked it up and took it with him and when he brought it back, it was like a different machine. He cleaned it of all bad stuff and it speeded up and ran better than when it was built. Price was as quoted and included free pickup and delivery. Tim was great to work with and finished the whole job in less than 24 hours on a weekend. I highly recommend Cook's for all your computer needs, I will be calling them next time I have computer needs.
