I am so impressed by this gentleman. I woke up this morning and logged onto my laptop. Within an hour I was having issues. While I seriously considered running over my laptop...I instead googled computer repair in Nampa ID. Tim Cook came up on Thumbtack. I read about his company and responded to him. We spoke on the phone and he came to my home and.. Viola' !! About 2 hours later (if that) my laptop is now malware free and running wonderfully! Very professional, polite, and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. The work he did was awesome and to the point and he did not try to sell me any bs regarding programs or protection. Thank you Tim!

My desktop was having a lot of issues, and Tim did a great job. It took longer than initially expected to unravel it all, but Tim was very professional and kept me updated all along. I was very happy with the experience, and would recommend Tim to anyone need computer repair.

Tim met up with me for computer pick up and delivery so it did not take any time away from my day to get my laptop fixed up. He was very helpful and informative-he even has a facebook page with tips on how to use my new windows 10!
