Introduction: I am all about making anything and everything I can from scratch, I rarely buy anything from the grocery store that has been mass produced and highly processed. I make homemade breads and baked goods, jams, nut butters, almond milk, yogurts, ice creams, hummus, granola, granola bars, salsas/sauces, pizzas, and cakes. I love cooking with local and seasonal products as much as possible. I can cook any cuisine, some of my favorites are Thai, Mexican, and Russian/Ukrainian. I really enjoy making healthy but filling meals, I make the best salads and soups anywhere and pair that with some fresh homemade 9 grain bread and your in health food heaven. I love being able to cook and bake for people and get instant gratification. Food brings people together and makes cultures unique, which is a main reason why I'm so interested in the culinary industry. So indulge a little and invite me to cook or bake for you!
