- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes everything. Exteriors - pressure washing, caulking, priming (if needed), paint and supplies, labor and any touch-up. Interior - Caulking, priming if needed, paint and supplies, labor and any touch-up. I will give a discount on the cost if the customer supplies the paint (the amount is dependent on the job).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want them to be aware of what my work includes. If possible, I walk the house to get the best understanding of what will be needed for the job and if there are any risks involved. If the customer does not know what color they want, I have tools that they can look at to help with choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for 10 years. I have done everything from field production to warehouse production. I have residential and commercial experience. I can do interior and exterior work. Anytime there is anything wrong or that could be improved on in my process, technique, or materials, I take all feedback.
