I'd recommend Spiders Gone to anyone looking for pestcontrolservices. Spiders Gone was very thorough and focused on delivering a quality experience. I love that he's local. Definitely not the typical, sales oriented, "get you into a contract" type of experience you get. I really appreciate him coming on short notice. He did a great job asking questions to make sure I was happy with the work he did.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge more money just because someone wants my service once.
I do have quarterly and bi-monthly plans however I do not lock anyone into a contract.
Customers can earn discounts thru referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to know what kind of pest the customer is dealing with, then
I do everything I can to Eliminate the pest in a safe manner with the customer thier kids and pets saftey top of mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are a wide variety of tests required at the state level before you can
be licensed for spraying pesticides. as well as ongoing training and testing
in order to renew the license. 16 credits every two years. Most of the training was from on the job thru a previous employer.
