- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I commit to doing a job, regardless of what it is, I will do it right and I will do it to the customers satisfaction, and to my satisfaction. If I dont think I can do that for whatever reason I wont accept the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come to the customer and look over and discuss what he or she would like done. I get to know them a little bit that way, and it also gives them an oppertunity to get a feeling of me, and we just go from there.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Buisness Administration I received when I was in my 40's. I got hurt and was laid up for a couple of years. in an electric wheel chair for a time. and after several surgeries i had reverted back to what i could, and what i liked to do, and that was helping people and handyman work. something I really enjoy doing.0
