We price projects using current market rates for materials plus set labor install rates. Estimates are written and transparent — no surprise fees. We offer a 10% discount to veterans. Any permits, specialty materials, or third‑party services will be itemized in your estimate so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation and site visit to assess needs and take measurements. Detailed written estimate and scope of work, including timeline and payment schedule. Agreement/signing and scheduling. Work begins with regular updates and a single point of contact. Final walkthrough, punch list completion, and customer sign‑off. We can also coordinate directly with your insurance company if the work follows a claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has formal training in residential restoration and remodeling best practices. We maintain ongoing trade training for installers and have experience with industry standards for water, fire, and storm restoration.
