I needed a handyman because I had a list of at least 10 items - things that just were building up that needed to be done - and Kostia was more than happy to help me out. He was very punctual and just went from one project to another working very efficiently and with a happy spirit. He was determined and a perfectionist. It was such an array of things to do - installing a keyless lock, changing out hinges, spackling and painting, repairing my garage door sensor, fixing a cabinet door, etc. - and he handled each one perfectly and with professionalism. He even put up with my crazy, little dog who was constantly in the way. It was a pure pleasure working with Kostia. If I ever have anything else that needs to be done, he will be the first one that I text. I am very grateful for his help in my home.
