I am the owner and operator of Wondergem Flooring Co.
I have been in the industry for 20 years in just about every part of the Flooring industry from installation to sales to installation management. I have been classily trained in all aspects of hardwood flooring including solid wood, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, and sand and refinish. To keep it short'ish. Wondergem flooring ( especialy Corey Wondergem) is now my go to recomendation for anything floor install, demo, finish, etc related. This is our second go around with laminate floor install and I can say with confidence that Wondergem did an absolutely phenomenal job. His attention to detail was amazing, the care he took in masking off our home (to prevent dust) durring the demo was a true sign that he cared and knew what he was doing. His care in removing and reinstalling the base is spot on. The finish install on the floor has more compliments so far than I can count.
I honestly could not be happier with the work that Wondergem performed. The price was on point ( much better than the national big box and local big box stores) for demo/removal , base boards, install of flooring, removal of appliances, etc. His work is far and beyond what we expected. Thanks Corey.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing really varies based on the type of flooring installation and product but I am always willing to work with a client to help them meet a friendly budget. Also military and first responders will always receive a discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out a bit about my customer, what they are looking for in their project. From there we move into what colors they like followed by grains and types of woods then we get in to price and functionality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience in the industry 16 years as an installer, sand and refinished, 13 years as an installation manager, repair manager, 4years importer, 9 years as a flooring salesman 5 of those years as a sales manager. I was trained by both my fathers and grandfather as a wood worker as well as apprenticed under a hard wood expert that has become a mentor in the last 16 years
