- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate charges are based on the dynamics of each individual sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet at our office in Downtown Nampa to assess the customer's needs. This gives the customer a chance to meet the agent they want to work with, safety for the first meeting for both agent and client. We also use the latest technology to search and display properties that have the amenities the client is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom holds a master's degree from Chapman University in California, California's oldest private institution. I attended Idaho Real Estate School, Ignite Training with Keller Williams Boise. In addition, Tom holds a broker's license which requires a series of 4-5 specialy real estate broker classes and 120 hours. Melissa attended business college in San Diego, CA, Idaho Real Estate School and Ignite as well. Both attend 12 hours of continuing
