- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and upfront. We are not just salesman and that's a point I really try to get across. Of course we want to make money, but we will sacrifice breaking even if it means our customer is happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to show up and do the normal introductories. i'd like to get the new customer on a personal level if possible, but if that isn't possible , then I'll settle for getting whatever information I can out of them to make sure that there needs our met with my actions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been plumbing for twenty years. will you currently hold multiple certifications and programs like osha. we have a current journeyman , plumbing license and a current plumbing contractor's license.
