- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and honest in our pricing. We take all situations into account, we strive to look at the whole picture. We started this business as a way to help others and have a flexible schedule. If our cost is a worrisome issue, talk to us, let's see what we can do. We try hard to work with budgets, and offer ideas if we need to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come over and assess the project, offer a free estimate and email it to you. After you have reviewed the estimate and accept it the next step is to pay the retaining fee, once paid we get your project on the calendar and you are on your way to be amazed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very knowledgeable in the "handyman", remodel and contractors business. We have over 25 years hands on experience and a lifetime of learning the trade from real world experience growing up on the Ranch. We love to take the IMpossible and make it a possible!
