Wayne's crew did a wonderful job on my 2 ash trees! They both had a lot of dead branches and they got them all, and these trees were 40ft plus tall. The trees look so much better!

The guys that came out to trim our trees were incredibly nice and did a great job. When they ran into potential issues, they let me know my options and detailed the pros and cons of each one. They were both quick and thorough on the trimming, while conscientious with the clean-up.

All of the above. They were in and out quickly with a well done job. Austin, the job foreman was amazing. He came the day before to check the site. Everyone involved was quite professional. I was amazed at how easy they made it look.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique, thus every estimate is specific to each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will call requesting a free estimate for either tree trimming or removal. We then request basic contact information before coming out to their house to provide the estimate. In order to provide the most accurate price, we must view the trees in person. After viewing the trees we then give the estimate to the customer for approval. Upon approval, we then schedule for the work to be completed.
