Great experience with A+! There were some complicaitons installing a smart toilet due to my home's plumbing set up. Ed explained to me the issue in a way even I could unerstand. He also attempted to contact the manufacturer several times to make sure the modifications he'd need to make would not void the toilet's warranty. Unfortunately the manufacturer never called back so he went ahead and he made the recommended alterations and everything works great! Except Im not as smart as the dang toilet.Ed was friendly, professional, and wanted to do everything he could to make sure I wouldn't be stuck having to tear up my floor and replace some piping, or be stuck with a toilet that doesn't work how it should, and unable to return it. I've used A+ a few times over the years, and will only use them. Scheduling and communication is easy and pleasant, Ed is very competent and great at explaining problems and the pros and cons of different ways to solve the problem. Thank you guys so much!!

Okay, so they did a great job. Then Boise city in no hurry to inspect. Then it snows six inches and gonna freeze on Saturday. No worries, here comes A+ and the holes are all filled up. Truly impressed!

A+ came out and found the blockage in our lines. Cleared it out and also found out that the power company had bored through our sewer line to run electrical. A+ took photos and are contacting electrical. I highly recommend.
