I live out of state and needed someone I could count on to clean my Father's carpet. I needed them to come when his caregiver was there. It sounds like everything went as planned and the carpet is now clean. I called Sam and he took care of everything. I would definitely use them again and refer them.

We are very happy with their efficiency and the quality of their work; my interactions with Sam in scheduling the appt and walking through the house were very positive. They also took the time to make sure they didn't damage our home (working gently around a damaged area of carpet, putting up corner guards to ensure the house didn't damage corners).

Pets and teenagers equal super gross carpets. They did an amazing job for an amazing price. I was also able to change my appointment to the next day with very short notice AND no hidden fees, no pushing add ons like "We are going to have to use this special space aged technology pre-treat for only $50 per spot". Nope. Up front, professional and quality service.
